Abstract:
    Engine design through simulation can drastically reduce time needed to perform engine experiments and prototyping.The objective of the project is explore the potential Engine Simulation.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    In modern engine research and study, using hardware experiments alone would be very expensive and time-consuming and a validated model could be a very useful tool to study new type of engines or engines running with new type of fuels.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   Local Automotive industry and engine enthusiasts can take maximum benefit of it to manufacture best hardware of engine with the use of this model that gives optimized conditions of power and efficiency.
How will the solution works
    It will highlight the input data that must be gathered, measured, and calculated to develop a successful 1-D engine model and simulation of it as well as the techniques used to obtain some of the data and the approach for validation of the software model on actual SI Engine test bench.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    Automotive industry engineers can model engine on software but are not very accurate and therefore there is always a room for improvement and our ambition is to improve the model with power and best fuel economy.
