Abstract:
    A learning tool offering digitized educational content in English/Urdu to primary schoolers. Aims to inculcate a desire to learn in children by presenting textbook/classroom concepts in easy, fun way.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    As in-classroom media usage is becoming popular, there‚Äôs no integrated application specifically catered to Pakistani students. Our platform, covering multiple modules, addressing both English/Urdu medium of instructions in local curricula context offers unique, well-suited to local needs, solution.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   The application acts as study support for early graders, teaching concepts in both English and Urdu, as well as for teachers as an in-classroom supplemental teaching tool. Ideally, target audience of 18.751 million learners and 422,797 teachers will benefit (Pakistan Education Statistics 2015-2016).
How will the solution works
    The online platform is being built using MEAN Stack containing 2 modules Math and Science with game-like interface. Game development/scripting will be performed in Unity. Educational content for games such as 2D/3D scenes and characters will be created in graphic softwares like Maya, Inkscape, ToonBoom, Illustrator and other online tools. Combined, solution will be available on Web and deployed on Android for offline tablet/mobile usage. User can access platform and select game choice to play.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    The main competition is with educational videos/games. However, our product stands out as it contains multiple modules, accommodates students of both English/Urdu medium backgrounds and combines features of simple, easy to navigate interface and enjoyable gameplay, all in one engaging application.
