Abstract:
    The need of fuel efficiency in automotive world is exceptionally recquired due to the limited amount of resources awailable. Experimental setup for the fuel analysis for maximum efficiency is here.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    Maximum 46% fuel efficiency of otto at well as diesel engines and detailed study requirement of the fuel penetration in pressurized chambers and its atomization which can led to more efficiency, the experimental setup is required at the commercial level for performance automobile companies.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   The performance automobile companies which require maximum power output from the engine and also the eco friendly automobile companies which require maximum mileage out of fuel.
How will the solution works
    The injector will be installed in an air tight pressure controlled volume vessel with clear side perpendicular to the spray. A high speed camera will capture the spray pattern frame by frame allowing you to calculate parameters like drop volume and drop velocity at different breakup regimes. The frame of the pattern can then be compared with the spray pattern simulaion with same conditions in matlab using different simulation models.

    Huge car manufacturing companies like BMW, porsche, ferrari etc which have their own design model but our product is for lower level aftermarket performance companies which can acquire results for cheep.
