Abstract:
    At microwave frequencies the effect of lumped cimponents are translated unto distributed effects. Rectangular waveguide cavity resonator is employed in the design to achieve aimed goal.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    The project shall meet the radar basic functionality of filtring microwave frequencies which are of interest in radar system for navigation of air traffic.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   Air traffic control would be the primary beneficiary of the project. However It can also find its application in research study of microwave filters
How will the solution works
    Mainly the problem is software oriented. The design is implemented in HFSS design software to determine the S parameters which are then processed through different mathematical formulas to find the cavities tgat should act as resonator.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    There isn't any room enough for the competitive struggle. Others FYP groups in that particular area doing task of under different supervision and all have their time cut for different projects. That being said there is always an urge to bring out the best part of your engineering in the shape of FYP
