What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    Usually, the dimensions of biological objects are on the order of micron or even nanometer. Currently, such tasks are performed either manually or semi-automatically by trained bio-operators. Training of such operators can take several years. Repeatability of manual operation is generally low.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   our project would work in all fields where there is need of micro or nano scale movements. Where we need to examine objects on micro level.
How will the solution works
    In our project we are going to automate the micro stage for the automatic tracking of biological cells. The micro stage we are designing is capable to move in 2-D i.e. x-y axis. Image processing will be done and the desired cell will be recognized. Continuous images of micro organism will be taken as it moves and when the requisite cell comes in the vision of CCD then the micro stage will stop. CCD is capable of moving in third axis i.e.z-axis for zooming in and out.
