    NeuroLink is a stroke rehabilitation system involving brain activation through motor imagery training. It controls an arm exoskeleton using an EEG based brain computer interface which help in recovery
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    In Pakistan 1.4 million people are paralyzed, stroke being the leading cause of it.There is presently no promising solution for motor rehabilitation.Daily physiotherapy is very difficult for the patient and the family. A need remains for novel neurorehabilitation treatments.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   The device is targeted for health care industry and hospitals. It consists of a wearable EEG headset and an arm exoskeleton. The project has a huge market as there are hundred of the thousands of patient suffering from disabilities due to stroke.
How will the solution works
    Following are the steps of the our solution: 1. Patient will imagine a movement. 2. Through EEG cap we will capture these signal. 3. Pre-processing of the signals which include filtration to remove noise. 4. Extracting features from the processed signals. 5. Then by a machine learning algorithm will used to classify this movement. 6. This signal will go to motor controller.Which will drive the motor. 7. According to input signal motor will rotate and cause a movement in an exoskeleton.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    We have no competition in local market. These types of projects are done only at research level but are never been commercialized before. Our device will help the user to decrease his recovery time and help him in daily physiotherapy.
